Doctor Bios

Chiropractic is widely recognized as one of the safest, drug-free, non-invasive therapies available
for the treatment of headache, and neck and back pain. It has an excellent safety record.


Dr. William Chan is a graduate of the University of Toronto and the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. He received much training to provide acupuncture therapy as well as Active Release Technique.

Dr. Chan champions a patient-focused, evidence-driven approach to his practice. He strongly believes that a well-informed patient is the ideal partner for optimizing the therapeutic process. With more than twenty years of clinical experience, Dr. Chan is able to use his wealth of knowledge in chiropractic, physical medicine, and rehabilitation to help provide help, even in the most challenging of cases. Dr. Chan strongly supports the cooperation between health care providers to achieve the best possible outcomes for his patients.

In his spare time, Dr. Chan enjoys being active in a wide range of sports and outdoor pursuits as well as the company of his wife and two beautiful children.


Dr. Cynthia Chu graduated from the University of Toronto before completing her degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. She also has a Masters of Science from Daemen College and has been trained to provide acupuncture.

Dr. Chu recognizes the importance of using the best available evidence to support the 20 years of clinic expertise in providing the optimal approach to patient therapy. Dr. Chu seeks to address the biomechanical, structural, and behavioural issues that contribute to a patient’s condition so that the best possible recovery and resolution can be achieved.

Dr. Chu is a lover of the great outdoors, an amateur gardener, and tries to “practice what she preaches” to her patients about exercise, nutrition, and finding balance in life. Her husband and two children are the joys of her life.
